I think the pink effect is kind of interesting, welll that the sort of thing we say I guess rather than saying, it does need some fixes or more work, I am not that good in portrait, usually I do after much work getting something closer, but poor Marylin face do need more work…so I am sure of that, there will be more versions, of both, the pink and more or less realistic one, if I can get closer to the look of my models on this one…:)

And if you did not get there, there is the link to Resa’s post on her blog, this pink serie did started from her post…
Yes, work on Marilyn’s face!
The feeling is great. xx
Hugs for Maya!
I don’t know why, such trouble with her face, take a deep breath and work….sighs…:)
Hmm…
Try this.
Pencil and paper…say 8 x 10.
Get an 8 x 10 photo of any face.
Draw it.
Look where you go wrong. Erase. Correct.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a messy/lots of erasing drawing… just look what you are doing and correct where you go wrong.
They are the same size! How can you go wrong?
Anyway, I found it to be a helpful exercise.
I will try that or some other ways…
