Encore tellement de choses à réinstaller, ou à en faire le deuil, au moins la tablette est fonctionnelle à défaut d’un atelier avec un bon vieux chevalet, aussi mon ordi qui contenait la majorité des photos ou images artistiques est remisé, récupéré la plupart des images de mes sites de stockage, sauf que la structure des répertoires est encore plus chamboulée que mon tout petit appartement, pour en rajouter j’ai laissé tomber la suite Adobe et Photoshop pour Gimp, échangé trop cher pour gratuit, le hic, le réapprentissage et l’acquisition de nouvelles méthodes de travail…cela garde le cerveau actif on dit, sauf que temporairement des choses qui étaient naturelles et allaient de soi, ne sont plus aussi faciles, enfin voilà pour un bref aperçu des multiples changements de vie qui agrémentent les jours de ce temps-ci…en attendant, rétravaillée une esquisse, commencée en mars de cette année, avant le grand déménagement…travail sur Gimp, une des premières expérience avec cette nouvelle application, je crois que je vais y survivre…:D
Still so many things have changed and are still to be restore, at least did start working with my tablet, not a bit fuss to reinstall the tablet, not more complicated than pluging an usb connexion…but did ditched the Adobe Suite and Photoshop, for Gimp, going from expansive to free…a must for me now, but of course it like learning a new set of habits, shortcuts, handling of the pen, etc and since I do not have now a place to have an easel and atelier, I will have to get on with it…On top of that, the computer holding all my art files could not be reinstalled, I am using the one, a bit less old than the other for my Artwork now, I did retrieve most of the files from on line backup except that over the years, my files and folder setup has changed a lot, so I do have quite a bit of work just figuring what is where now, very funny now, most of my paintings, pastels and skectches are packed or I let them go, cannot look at them, no place available and the images and photos are scatered all over my ‘digital world’, but I did manage to retrieve most of them and for a first time since I moved here, did finally some sketching…a new one started a bit before moving in March of this year, reworked yesterday, I think slowly I am getting used to work with Gimp from my good old Photoshop…I think I will survive this change…:D
L’image est liée à la page sur mon site principal, la page et celle de plusieurs autres seront mise-à-jour bientôt, du moins je l’espère, cela aussi je dois m’y remettre, mes sites ont besoin ‘d’amour’ si on peut dire…:)
The image is linked to my main site for storage and works detail, but this site is lagging behind, lot of pages need to be updated, I am trying, or I shall say will be worked on soon, yes my sites do need a bit of love and hard but fun work from me, I will, I should…:)
