Porto-folio par années…by year, or yearly porto-folio

Non pas un portofolio, le porto se boit, donc cela aurait dû être portefolio par année….donc une page, que j’ai crû bon de modifier, enfin commencé à modifier, en cours pour utiliser l’expression consacrée, il n’y aura pas que des tableaux et ce ne sera pas tout-à-fait un portefolio, il est ailleurs sur mon site principal, plutôt mon ou mes coups de cours, non pas des arrêts heureusement, pour cette année là…donc mes coups de coeur par année que ce soit un tableau, un pastel, une esquisse à la tablette, ou en atelier, peut-être même une ou des photos si le matériel ou la qualité manque….j’espère que vous allez apprécier.

Well doesn’t start on a good foot, it should have read porte-folio instead of porto, which is nice to drink, and actually it is not a porte-folio, there is one on my main site, this is more like of my ‘coup de coeurs’ or my favorite ones for a given year, started with 2015…more to come, it will feature some painting, pastels and since my production is somewhat hit by highs and lows, in number I mean, so I can add some computer sketches, life model sketches, and if the year was really bad, some photos, ok maybe I will post some photos as well….hopefully you will enjoy it, not quite up yet but it is coming.

Encore pas mal dans le processus de dépoussiérer certains dossiers et toiles que pour tout dire, je ne sais plus si je les avais présentés, si je me fie aux photos chargées sur mon site, ce tableau était presque terminé, j’ai dû le terminer peu après, sur le site j’ai la 29e photo et celle ci est identifié 434-30 et le tableau est signé, donc terminé, quoiqu’il m’est arrivé fréquemment de désigner un tableau, pas sûr que ce soit un bon mot, en tout cas contrairement à un contrat, une signature sur un tableau ça se couvre de peinture…au moins n’ayez crainte, les rares personne qui ont une de mes oeuvres, je n’irai pas chez vous dans la nuit retoucher un de mes tableaux dont je ne serais plus satisfait…promis.

Still in the long process of retrieving all informations about some works that I may have done and presented when over the last few years, I was trying to make un come back, usually very short, a few days at most, so I came upon this painting, still in the in progress section, but somehow the last picture presented is number 29, and I have this one signed, number 434-30 so I guess I did not post it, no big change from the previous version probably just signed it and maybe a touch up here and there and there….So it is finish, although that would not be the first time I overpaint a signature…on a contract it would be unlawful, maybe it is in some sort of way but I did it a few times, but to the few people who have one of my works, don’t worry I would not dare to go to your place without you knowing it and rework a painting, I swear!

Soon or later….it depend I will post of video , making of style of this painting, like I usually or at least sometimes do with my finished works, so sometimes this month, or year or…./ Bientôt enfin dans un laps de temps qui peut aller de court à assez long, je vais publier un vidéo, genre makin of à partir des images intermédiaires de ce tableau, je le fais peut-être pas toujours mais assez souvent, du moins occasionnellement…à suivre, ce mois-ci, cette année, enfin vous comprenez…un jour.

Il semble que cela fait maintenant 5 articles que je fais en 5 jours….donc qu’est-ce-qu’on fait dans ce cas, on essaie de faire 6 en 6, quel exploit…on prend tout ce qui passe comme valorisation ces jours ci…:D, oui mais c’est bien beau tout cela, plein de photos de toiles en cours, de projets qui s’en viennent, mais là pour le moment, j’improvise….donc une première version retravaillée du tableau avec Julie, c’était le 18 mai, début de quelques jours à retravailler ce tableau ici et là, donc une version pour ce 6 en 6….est-ce que j’aurai droit à une médaille, je piaffe d’impatience en attendant de voir si ce sera le cas…:)

Wow, I have been told by WordPress that yesterday was my 5 th post in 5 days, so 5 days in continuous ‘mode’, so what does that mean, I guess I have to keep it going, but with what, lots of pics that need a bit of photoshop for resizing and filter the incandescent lighting, and I have some draft posts, but somehow none are quite ready, I have to keep going, so why not improvise a short post with the Julie’s painting, I did reworked it starting may 18 th, went for a few days, so a first pic taken may 18 th, some changes more to come as for many other works in progress…got to keep the streak going…will I receive a special recommandation or some sort of medal, don’t know, I guess I will have to wait eagerly to find out 😀

Ménage…Cleaning

Non pas vraiment du ménage, oui un peu de ménage dans le sens du terme habituel, mais surtout encore du ménage de fichiers et je trouve des esquisses faites avec l’aide de ma tablette, peut-être l’aie-je déjà montrée, je ne me souviens plus trés bien, donc dans ce cas aussi bien ne pas prendre de chance, au pire, je me répèterai ou radoterai, passe du coq à l’âne pour ne plus trop savoir comment finir, donc vaut mieux présenter cette esquisse..

No, not really that type of cleaning that most people love so much, oh I meant hate or have a love hate relationship, no I am talking more about going through some directories and files and stumbling upon some pics, and wondering, did I post that, I could look up but it is quicker just to post it before I start trying to remember and probably lose what I was going to write to accompany this pic of a sketch made using my tablet, so I guess I am better shut up and show it, and if it was already presented, probably some of you won’t have seen it or remember it, like I do, or don’t ok the pic..

Of course it is not finished, so you will probably see her again, and maybe the original photo, but I must do some files clean up on my computer, ah kind of like groundhound day movie…/ Non elle n’est pas terminée, donc il y aura probablement d’autres images à venir, peut-être aussi la photo du modèle, je l’ai mais je dois faire du ménage, la vie est un éternel recommencement…:)
