J’avais un article de préparé…mais ce sera pour une autre fois, en attendant Pinceau réclamait…en silence, mon attention cette journée-là…bien sûr qu’il a gagné, on ne peut résister…
I did have a post prepared for today, but it will have to wait, so instead a shot of Pinceau, who seems to be asking for some attention, silently, that day he was asking for mine, and of course he did get it…can you resist to that?
Comme vous pouvez sûrement le deviner, il m’est plus facile de dessiner que d’écrire sur ce que je dessine, donc une autre version, c’est tout ce que j’ai à raconter sur cela…:)
You probably did figure it out, it is easier for me to draw than writing about it, so what more to say on this one, than it is another version….:)

Probablement en vol entre Resolute Bay et Eureka, donc quelque part au-dessus de l’île Elllesmere…Most likely somewhere, up in the air, between Resolute Bay and Eureka, flying over Ellesmere Island….

La fin-de-semaine n’a rien à voir avec cette photo, quoiqu’il est est probable que la photo ait été prise un samedi en 1982, à Winnipeg, où j’habitais et travaillais à cette époque..mais plus avec le fait que ces vieilles diapos numérisées demandent généralement passable de travail avec Photoshop, ne serait-ce que pour se débarrasser de la poussière qui s’est déposée sur la diapo, et que le logiciel de numérisation ne parvient pas à ignorer, donc la fin-de-semaine est plus propice pour ce genre de travail…
Week-end has nothing to do with this pic, except maybe that it was probably taken on a Saturday or Sunday in 1982, in Winnipeg, which then was my home and workplace town…and also that many years later, after scanning these old dusty slides, they do require a fair amount of photoshop work, the scan is taking off some of these marks, but still leave way…

Toujours un peu le même heureux problème, autant que sur un support physique que digital, terminer une esquisse, un tableau ou un sketch…faut croire que le médium utilisé a bien peu d’importance quand vient le temps de décider que c’est fini..:)
Still the same ‘happy’ problem, either working on a physical support or digital, getting the finishing touch, same eternal personnal debate, no difference if it is a pastel, a painting or a computer sketch…I guess the medium doesn’t count in this…
