Esquisse 10 min ….. Life model sketch 10 minutes
Bon, cette fois-ci pas d’erreur, c’est bien une esquisse non publiée, que je n’ai pas refait le traitement sur un fichier déjà travaillé…la première des poses de 10 minutes, parfois c’est bien, parfois un peu moins, celle-ci est un entre deux…
This time, it is really a new one, not one that was previously published and forgotten, no mishap, 10 minutes sketches, longer poses when short ones were fine, are sometimes not as good, sometimes still pretty fine, this one is kind of somewhere between, a matter of appreciation I suppose…

Travaillé à présenter cette esquisse, qui date de la première session de modèle vivant l’automne dernier, seulement pour me rendre compte que je l’avais déjà fait, donc prise 2, qui devrait être pas mal semblable à la prise 1, la prochaine fois ce sera une nouvelle, enfin non dèjà présentée..
Work to crop and present this sketch, this is from the first life model session last fall, then working on this post, I just realized that this sketch had already been presented…did not want to ditch tonight work in Photoshop, just to improve the ligthing and other things…so it is probably pretty close to the first version, but it was a few weeks ago, so maybe it will look like a new one…the next one will really be one never shown…

Je ne pense pas que ce soit la dite sainte trinité de l’église catholique, quoique la photo originale du modèle provient d’une page facebook appelée Booted Angel…je ne pense pas qu’il y avait un sens religieux au nom de la page…
So the third one forming the so called Trinity, some sort of trinity, not quite in the religious sense, although if I remember well, I have founded this model pic on a facebook page called Booted Angel, but I don’t think it did have some sort of religious meaning…

Pas mal occupé de ce temps-ci, la retraite c’est bien mais les $$$ se font moins nombreux, beaucoup moins, donc un retour, assez partiel en principe au travail autonome, de la formation à distance en dessin et géomatique, pour le moment, question de bien partir, c’est plus que partiel, disons plus comme demi ou deux tiers de tâche hebdomadaire…enfin cela occupe le cerveau, Trump devrait l’occuper un peu plus son cerveau…il ferait moins de stupidités…:)
A bit busy these days, not much time for blogging or drawing in fact, decided to come out of retirement…a bit, partially…retirement is fine but the $$$ are a bit scarce, so accepted some training contract, working at home, it should be eventually just a few hours a week, but for starting it, we are talking more like a few days a week, but it is okay, keep the brain busy, president Trump should try that, keeping his brain busy, this could help curb his strong tendancy to do and tell stupid things…maybe…:)

Bon avec la bataille économique en cours avec nos amis ricains…il en reste quelques uns j’en suis sûr…j’ai caché une partie de l’image car Adobe Photoshop est américain, ma tablette Wacom aussi, donc j’applique des restrictions aux échanges, c’est pourquoi j’ai caché des calques…ben non, tout simplement que je reviens comme on le fait parfois sur nos soi-disant ‘découvertes’; j’ai commencé il y a quelques mois à créer plusieurs calques, utiles afin de conserver les choses qu’on veut protéger, mais tout cela rend moins spontané le dessin lui même, donc je fais en quelque sorte marche arrière, je conserve quelques calques, mais en nombre limité. Dans ce cas ci, c’est une version ‘minimaliste’ de la version qui est plus fidèle à la photo du modèle. Quant à la guerre économique avec le pseudo-dictateur qui se prend pour un génie économique, coupé des abonnements à des services américains, il y en aura d’autres….mais pour le moment je garde WordPress…:D
Since we are at war, an economic one, with Trump and his americans followers, about half of the last voters who did went for him, I am witholding the american content of this sketch, sorry for my americans followers that did not support this alleged, by himself, to be a stable economic genious…so since Adobe Photoshop and Wacom, my tablet maker, are american, I have decided to hide a few layers…of course no, this is not the reason, a joke…but like with new illumination we do have sometimes, like adding multiple layers to work on different part of the image, it is a good tool, but too much of a good thing, sometimes make it bad, not always, but in this case it as become a bit difficult to work on the sketch itself, not realizing your are not on the wanted layer. So a bit a backtracking, did fusion some layers together, but kept some ‘alternate versions’, this one a more minimalist one of the more realist one, as for the economic war, I did cancel a few american suppliers…there will be more…but at least for now, I do keep WordPress…:D

Pas eu beaucoup de temps dernièrement à dessiner, ou en certaines occasions, je ne l’ai pas pris le temps…donc temps pour une esquisse, nouvelle mais pas tout-à-fait, plutôt une copie de versions existantes…
Did not had much time for drawing or sketching, or when I had it, I did not take the time to do it, so let’s present a quick one, a new one but really more like a copy of a previous one…

Deux images tirées de cette oeuvre digitale retravaillée, ce ne sont pas les versions plus travaillées, si je peux l’exprimer ainsi, plusieurs calques sont fermées, donc ces deux versions sont en quelque sorte des versions alternatives, à défaut de meilleur terme, de la version complète avec tous les calques ouverts, de ce dessin, peinture, avec le digital on ne le sait plus trop, je dirais plus semblable à une peinture…enfin peu importe en réalité, je présume…
Those two images are taken from this digital work, with most of the layers being turned off, so they are more like two alternate versions of the whole digital work, the complete version has many more layers, actually some of those layers will only produce more versions, I think that is one interessant aspect of this medium, so two drawings, or are they painting, with digital works it is some kind of hybrid work, or maybe the simple way of describing them, is to say they are digital works…
Probablement qu’éventuellement je présenterai un ensemble des autres versions, autant de cette oeuvre digitale que des autres que j’ai présentées plus ou moins régulièrement…plus intéressant que l’inauguration d’un président dément….j’envoie mes castors dragons s’occuper de lui…Allez à la défense du Canada et aussi aide donc mes amis américains…:D
Eventually I will present the different versions made possible by those layers, of this digital work or some of the other ones presented here from time to time, some kind of inauguration to make this dement President Inauguration, well I am sending my hords of Beaver Dragon right now…Go defend Canada and help my americans friends…:D

Enfin plutôt une autre étape, dans cette nouvelle esquisse, si je me fie à mon rythme habituel de production, je prévois l’avoir terminé entre 2035 et 2038, avant qu’un premier vaisseau spatial ne se pose sur Mars, et je présume, enfin on l’espère, on aura pu enfin oublier Trump…:) et Elon Musk et les oligarches technocrates…et en 2038, les autos seront toutes volantes et électriques…bon assez de niaseries, demain mon premier atelier de modèle en 2025, je vais m’y investir….peu importe ce qui arrivera…:D mais faudrait surtout que je me mette à la tâche, herculéenne et c’est un peu la sous évaluer cette tâche, de finir de protographier ma production 2024 et surtout de la publier sur ce site….bientôt….avant que je termine cette esquisse en 2037…200 ans après monsieur Papineau et sa révolte…
No not a really big one, more like another brick in the wall of this new chef d’oeuvre, I am sure it will be one, sometime between 2035 and 2038, looking at my sketches and paintings history, that would be a fair assessment, then Trump hopefully will be long gone and forgotten, cars will be flying and be electric or solar powered, all the techno oligarch will be silenced, or mute or in jail…and Musk will embark to flee to Mars and never come back…ahh what a dream, ok back to reality…tomorrow before Trump inauguration, I will inaugurate my first Life Model session of 2025, to me that is the only thing that’s important, the rest is history to unfold, in the meantime I should really get on taking pics and publishing my 2024 cuvée….

Did not, like mister Ford, Ontario Prime Minester, got a cap showing a big CANADA IS NOT FOR SALE…not sure it will do anything to tip the balance in our side but it was a good one..But I strongly doubt the capability of Trump to be able to understand the meaning…

Oui, la fin est toujours un peu élusive, mais je sens que pour cette esquisse, j’y suis presque, peut-être déjà, mais comme on dit, elle sera terminée soit parce que je le sens ou que je sentirai qu’il est temps de la laisser telle quelle…
Yes it is close to the end, maybe it is already there, not sure, always a bit difficult and a fuzzy moment, when you do decide, okay it is done, but this moment is always a bit elusive…
